DIRECTIONS TO WOLCOTT MILL PARK: From 26 Mile Road and M-53 expressway; 3 1/2 miles east on 26 Mile Rd. to Romeo Plank Road; North on Romeo Plank Road 3 Miles to 29 Mile Road; East on 29 Mile Road 1 3/4 Miles to Wolcott Road; North on Wolcott Road to Farm Park.

From 32 Mile Road and M-53 expressway; East 3 Miles on 32 Mile Road to Wolcott Road; South on Wolcott Road to Farm Park entrance.


TERMS: 9% Buyer's Fee with a 3% discount for cash or check. Michigan Check requires Michigan picture I.D., out of state checks require a Bank Letter of Credit. VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. All items must be paid for on Sale Day. Removal of all items is encouraged on Sale Day. Pick up may be on Monday, but items left are at Purchaser's risk. Sale day announcements take precedence over any and all printed information.
