TERMS: The sale will be subject to Seller's confirmation
within 48 hours of sale date. There can be no conditions of
sale, all inspections and finance requirements must be
completed prior to sale date. There will be a Buyer's Fee of
five (5%) of the bid amount. The high bidder will sign a
Purchase Agreement for the bid price plus buyer fee and
leave a deposit equal to ten (10%) of the contract price.
The deposit will become non-refundable once the Purchase
Agreement is accepted by the Seller. The Deposit Check may
be in cash or check. The closing will take place thirty (30)
days after the acceptance date. The Seller will provide a
Title Insurance Policy to the Purchaser.
Brokers and Agents:
There is a 2% commission being offered to any broker/agent who's buyer is the successful bidder, and successfully closes on the property. Please call for registration forms prior to the auction, to register your buyers and protect your commission. Broker/agent must be registered as representing their buyer prior to bidding.
