Saturday sale will begin at 10:00 A.M. Will include all jewelry and
misc., plus the first 200 coin lots.
Sunday sale will begin at 10:00 A.M.
Auction will include the balance of coins and currency not sold on Saturday.
Inspection: Friday, March 19, 2010 from 10:00 A.M. to 4 P.M.
Inspection on Saturday and Sunday will be 8:00 A.M. to 10 A.M.

Payment: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Out of state buyers
need bank letter of credit. 6% sales tax applies to all purchases.
Sales exempt from sales tax must fill out form and provide tax exempt number.

q Individuals intending to bid must first register with the auction clerk and receive a Bidder’s Number.
q The Department of Management & Budget, Agency Services Division, reserves the right to reject any bid which in the opinion of the conducting official, is unreasonable.
q All sale items must be PAID FOR and REMOVED DAY OF SALE, or said auction items become the property of the State of Michigan, State Surplus Program.
q The State of Michigan assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries to persons in attendance. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
q All Sales are subject to a 10% Buyer’s premium and 6% Sales tax, with the exception of no Sales tax charged on Coins and Currency. If you are tax exempt, a 3372 Form must be on file.
q All items MUST BE PAID FOR DAY OF SALE. Acceptable forms of payment include; Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or Check (payable to the State of Michigan) for the full amount at the time of sale. Purchase orders will only be accepted from Local Units of Government. No credit card checks will be accepted.
q OUT OF STATE BUYERS: Business and personal checks will only be accepted if accompanied by a bank letter that must guarantee a specific amount for a date no less than 15 days following an auction. This information must be clearly noted in the bank letter.
